Works on Paper

Right now, I am doing most of my art on paper.  I am not 100% sure why I stopped working on canvas and boards, but I think I got so used to working on a table vs. an easel and it is a hard habit to break.

Most of the work here is called maquettes and that turned into a new passion of mine.   Sculptor Henry Moore created maquettes out of clay before deciding on what he wanted to create on a much larger scale.  I create my maquettes because I like the element of surprise.

The tools I use are masking tape, gel medium, acrylic paint and pens, pens, pencils, charcoal, collage papers and my imagination.
